Mangalore: University Registrar Dr Sundar Naik Transferred

Mangalore, Apr 22: Mangalore University registrar Dr Sundar Naik has been transferred to Bangalore forest department as the chief conservator.

He has been serving in the Mangalore varsity for the past six years.

Forest conservator of Bellary Prem Kumar, who hails from Tamil Nadu will replace Dr Naik.

    Headless chickens is what I would say about these officials - corrupt, no vision for the future, holding on to power and greedy. Idle sitting officers doing nothing. Total waste to the society. A farmer contributes a lot to society than these officials. Leaders and officials MUST be the SERVANTS - come on fulfill your social responsibilities ...

    These IFS Officers should be looking after the fast disappearing forests and wildlife. What these are doing at the academic universities? Are they busy planting trees in University campuses? University affairs should be left to the academic stakeholders only.
