Puttur: Orientation programme held for PG students at St Philomena College

Puttur, Jul 28: The Student Welfare Committee of Centre for Post Graduate Studies and Research of St Philomena College Puttur organized an orientation programme for second year PG students in the college auditorium on July 24.

Chairperson of the centre Fr Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro in his address said," Determination, self confidence and hard work are the keys to achieve success."

Principal Prof Leo Noronha in his presidential address said, "Higher education plays a prominent role in imparting values among the students."

Suraksha and group presented the prayer song. Assistant professor in Economics Sandhya H welcomed and compered the programme. Student welfare officer Sooryanarayana Bhat proposed the vote of thanks.
