Belagavi, Nov 14: "Chief minister (CM), Siddaramaiah, says that there is no brain inside my head. His head is full of dung," said leader of the opposition in legislative council, K S Eshwarappa, in an angry retort.
He felt that it is disgraceful for the state to have a chief minister who speaks disrespectfully of a person who is the leader of the opposition. "Therefore I infer that the head of the man who claims that I am empty-headed, is filled with dung. He is speaking in this fashion because of this condition," he stated.

In the meanwhile, responding to the statement made by Eshwarappa, minister, M R Seetharam, commented that Eshwarappa speaks without thinking and things what he had said after uttering the words. "The way he speaks shows his level. If I speak about him, there will not be any difference between me and him," he commented.
