Unscientific highway design and attitude of local road users is the main cause of mishap. Unfortunately neither people not authority take this seriously.

Hit the divider means it's highway ( dual carriage way ) two tracks on each side, separate for going and coming.
They tried to avoid a oncoming motorbike from opposite direction means, one of them is driving on the wrong side of the road.
This kind of driving is seen on most part of the highway 66, most vehicle seen driving on the hard shoulder of the road on wrong direction rather than going for a U Turn.
The irony is, our traffic police, i.e, highway petrol turn a blind eye on such traffic violations.
Then, who would bring the change for safer roads ????????

I agree totally. This is so common between Kundapur and Talapady. Check CCTV footage- the bike rider should be held responsible for murder. And let this be an example for other jokers who think saving a few rupees is worth risking people's lives.

Safer for a car to hit a biker than cross the median and hit a big vehicle.
