'Walk the talk' on corruption: CM Siddaramaiah dares PM Modi to act on four issues

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru

Bengaluru, Feb 6: Two days after Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a frontal attack on the Siddaramaiah-led Congress government, the chief minister on Tuesday Februay 6 said he was 'happy' the PM was talking about corruption and 'invited' him to 'walk the talk'.

Modi had irked the Karnataka CM with his comment, among several, that Siddaramaiah’s was a '10 percent commission' government during his Karnataka visit on February 4.

Asking Modi to practice what he preaches, Siddaramaiah tweeted four major controversies for the PM to initiate his action on.

The issues included appointment of Lok Pal, probe into Judge Loya's death, investigation into the astronomical rise of Amit Shah's son Jay Shah and the last one being the appointment of an untainted person as BJP's CM candidate in Karnataka.

He tweeted," I am glad PM @narendramodi is talking about corruption. I now invite him to #WalktheTalk . For a start can you
1. Appoint Lok Pal
2. Investigate #JudgeLoya ‘s death
3. Investigate the astronomical rise of #Jayshah
4. Appoint an untainted person as your CM candidate ? (sic)"

"Modi should realize he is the Prime Minister of the country before making irresponsible statements and terming Karnataka as a 10 percent commission government. Why does he not question Yeddurappa, who has also been to jail on corruption charges. Why not ask Yeddyurappa on what happened during his tenure," he lashed out.

He also said that the people were waiting for the PM to address on the Mahadayi row but there was no mention of it.

He also questioned if Modi was the right candidate to lead the country with "his bundle of lies and politically motivated baseless allegations."

Taking the war with acronyms which is currently happening between two parties to the next level, Congress described the NDA government as "Not Doing Anything!"

Modi used to mockingly call his predecessor Dr Manmohan Singh “Maun Mohan Singh”, but he has beaten Singh in his bid to take away the meta-institutional respectability of a free press.
Unlike Modi, who is an elected prime minister, Singh was a nominated prime minister. But Singh did not shy away from press briefings. He held at least two each year and regularly spoke to the media aboard his flight during foreign trips.
Modi, much to the delight and applause of right-wing trolls, did away with the practice of carrying the media with him on his dizzying schedule of foreign trips – which nearly add up to 40.
Interestingly, Modi only dislikes the free media. More so, a few cheerleader channels, described by former BJP leader Arun Shourie as “North Korean channels”, who devote all their time to attacking and holding the opposition to account, as well as propaganda websites which have come up under Modi’s regime, are flourishing directly and are even indirectly funded by the BJP.
With only 16 months left in his tenure, Modi has cemented himself as the only Indian PM to completely keep the press at arm’s length.
Why Is the PM Terrified of Holding Even a Single Press Conference?
Why can't he keep press conference in neutral avenue represented by unbiased International and national journalist?
When he take 'Maun Vrat' when suppose to talk?

Siddus has no Charishma nor Pappu has a new avtaar nor will it be Congi revival. The reason is only due to the fact that there is no good leader in BJP for Ktaka. We know Yeddis has gone to jail tenure , so nobody would vote for him. BJP with Yedurappa as candidate is ensuring Congress win in this election. Moreover JDS too is in oblivion. Good chances for Cong.

In Karnataka he may have world famous Idly Sambar Charcha, Different food styles and Tastes of Delicious Beef Biriyani & Pork Roust. Morning Indira Canteen and later Fruit Punch. And will get into business from No. 1 Development art from Congress masters, To take the credit he will go to Delhi.

Steel Bridge : Was a government idea to alleviate the traffic woes, was promptly withdrawn heeding to the voice of the people, which proves that the government listens to the voice of the people and not arrogant like the central government
Ganapati suicide : A corrupt cop kills himself when the past catches up with him. Apt lesson for public servants, not to be corrupt but serve the nation and its constitution and not dance to the tune of your political masters.
80 Lakhs watch : A gift given by a businessman and an admirer. The watch has now been donated to the state.
25 murders of hindus : Do not forget the murder of muslims and others as well. This question is to be posed to the sangh as to why they spill blood and polarize society.
Law and order : One of the best in India and a million times better than any BJP ruled state.

Whoever is against corruption, my vote is for him, whether it is Modi or Siddaramaih. However, in the present case Siddaramaih is only wasting his time as Modi never answers uncomfortable questions. This vituperative attack by the Karnataka CM will send Modi scurrying for cover.

In a way, he has exposed the hollow talk and ways of Narendra Modi. The skeletons in Modi's closet in the form of Yeddyurappa and Amit Shah will act as speed breakers in his progress. No doubt Modi is a great hand at delivering speeches but the time has come for him to not lose sight of the fact that now the people will judge him from what he does and not from what he says.

Because of the electoral promises he made, which so far he has failed to keep, many people call Modi 'all sizzle and no steak'. We have heard his speeches which are of exceptionally high quality, now is the time for him to show the people of India that he really wanted to convert his talk into reality and that his intention was not to come to power by misleading the public, as is widely perceived.

It is only a wate of public money. There are 71 cases pending against you. once you leave the chair you may go to jail on corruption charges. Every year, around 13 million youth join the workforce. Of these, under the Modi government, only a tiny 3.4 lakh have been getting mid-low level jobs, as a survey by the ministry of labour pointed. This, incidentally, is half of what was witnessed during UPA II (2009 to 2014). Obviously, BJP and Modi have failed as a result of their obsession with cow and cow dung politics.

An edifice built on sand can only survive for a while and it is bound to fall sooner or later.

The entire Modi image is built on lies and therefore bound to fall sooner than later. Its just a matter of time.

Modi before becoming PM knew how to bring back black money from overseas,

Smriti Irani and Sushma Swaraj went on the streets protesting against gas cylinder and petrol prices.

Jaitley wanted the income tax bar to be raised to 5 lakhs.

All this love for the common man was while they were in the opposition. It is therefore better to send them back into the opposition to regenerate their love for the common man.

The debate should be based on Development, not on other topics! and let it happen with the Correct facts. I guess our Honorable PM deviated from the topic the other day in Bengaluru Rally. So the debate happen on real facts!

No i saw anna hazares video on YouTube. He is going against modiji. He wrote many letters to modiji regarding lokpal and modiji didn’t respond. He is now going against modiji he says clearly on video plz check.

After hearing this my skin hair stood up. I thought anna is big supporter of modiji.

But i was wrong , Modiji should do something about it
