Bengaluru: Saalumarada Thimmakka complains to police after declared ‘dead’ in WhatsApp

Bengaluru, May 27: Famous environmental activist Saalumarada Thimmakka complained to police after she was declared ‘dead’ in social media.

Thimmakka met city police commissioner T Suneel Kumar accompanied by her foster son B N Umesh on Saturday May 26 and lodged the complaint.

The photo of ‘dead’ body of Thimmakka in a hospital was first circulated on Friday in WhatsApp. After that it has reached millions of people around the world.

Thimmakka though it was necessary to complain to police as she was hurt by the fake news being circulated in WhatsApp these days.

Though exact age of Thimmakka is not known, as her birth records are not found, she is believed to be nearing 100.

    Fellow has no other work than to send people into jenseits.Dont worry Thimmaka .as we know , said deadones will live long. Only one should send the fellow into a psychiatric hospital and check him thouroughly.His brain must have simply stopped working.wake him up and give a elektro shock or a bucket of coldwater on his head.Useless person.
