Mangaluru, Sep 12: The course inauguration of 32nd batch of BSc Nursing, 31st batch of PBBSc nursing and 27th batch of MSc Nursing of Fr Muller College of Nursing was held on September 11 at Decennial Memorial hall, Father Muller Charitable institution.
Srikanth B Pullari, registrar, Karnataka Nursing Council was chief guest. Father Richard Aloysius Coelho, administrator, Father Muller Charitable Institutions presided over the programme.

Principal Father Muller College of Nursing welcomed the gathering and introduced the chief guest.
The course was inaugurated by lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries, coordinators of various batches and the student representative.
The chief guest expressed his in depth appreciation of Father Muller Charitable Institution. He appreciated the values and recognition, nurses holds globally. He also described various reformations he had made in the field of nursing, especially digitalization in the field of nursing evaluation and registration. He briefed on the various upcoming courses planned in nursing profession and emphasized the standards and values Father Muller holds, to upgrade the profession of nursing. He congratulated the freshers and parents for choosing the profession of nursing and the college.
Father Richard Aloysius Coelho in his presidential address congratulated the students and their parents for choosing the profession. He emphasized on the spiritual values and ethos that Father Muller Charitable Institution holds to keep up the values of life. Father also explained the importance of care and compassion nurses should possess to render their service to humanity.
Shwetha Rashmi, coordinator, 1st BSc nursing proposed the vote of thanks. She thanked the invited guests, students and their parents for gracing the occasion.
