Mangalore: Youth Celebrate Deepavali with Special Children at Saanidhya

Mangalore, Oct 31: Members of Manjunath Friends Circle celebrated Deepavali in the company of the children of Saanidhya Special School here on Tuesday October 28.

Congress leader Moiddin Bava inaugurated the programme and graced the occasion. Deputy mayor Shakeela Kava, entrepreneur Arun Koyla, corporator Deepak Poojary and Mahabal Marla, and the head of Saanidhya were present on the occasion.

The youth of the Manjunath Friends Circle entertained the special children by bursting crackers with them. Meanwhile, the special children presented cultural programmes and shared their joy with the youth. Manjunath Friends Circle has been organizing this programme here during Deepavali every year, since the last 3 years.
