New Delhi: FIR against Congress leader Margaret Alva’s son for sending 'indecent' mails

New Delhi, Dec 20: On the basis of complaint made by a woman from Gurugram near here, the police have registered first information report against Nikhil Alva, son of Congress leader from Karnataka and former governor of Rajasthan, Margaret Alva.

Nikhil is the media panel adviser of Congress party and close aide of Rahul Gandhi.

Nikhil has been accused of sending indecent email to a woman living in his neighbourhood. The woman said that Nikhil has been sending her emails that are not in good taste since the last three years.

"Nikhil Alva has been sending contemptuous messages in certain social website groups having members living in this area. He also has been threatening to publicize his indecent emails publicly," the lady has alleged.

Nikhil took to twitter to deny the allegations. He said that the complainant had undertaken certain illegal constructions in the residential complex in which he lives. He said that he has been objecting to them since several years. He added that the woman has been trying to take revenge against him by making allegations of indecent mails against him.
