Indeed Christmas Mass was celebrated in a most appropriate manner at St. Aloysius College. The High School Grounds were full and there were over 1600 people present. The Chief Celebrant Father Francis Serrao (Rector of S.A.C.)commenced The Mass with warm welcome to the congregation. The Homily by The Head Master of The High School was very meaningful particularly his reference to a displaced family arriving into Mumbai and the way they were cared for particularly at the time of delivery of a child in slum area. The choir under the direction of Father Denzil and conducted by Peter Vas deserves high praise. Dr. Lorna Gonsalves a Guest Singer from United States was at her best with a solo - Oh Holy Night. Father Serrao concluded with a Christmas message to the congregation. Joe Gonsalves
