Dear Collegues, It is wonderful to see several senior members practicing and retired from service. It is a good thought of the Chapter to felicitate the senior members. I wish I could be there.

Recognizing the right people at the right time seems to be the order of the day. The three awardees are known to me very well and in fact I consider them as good friends. Paul has given a very good account of himself not only as a professional but also as a forthright person. Claude has his own name and fame. I have known Sybil and her husband Neil for several years. Sybil was with Father Muller's for length of time but took a break and she is back to The Institution and is regarded as a very efficient officer. And what about my friend Rudolph Rodrigues!. When will he get his ward?. Joe Gonsalves
