Bengaluru: Independent MLA H Nagesh reiterates his support to government

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Feb 14: In an important development in state politics, independent MLA H Nagesh, who had withdrawn his support to the coalition government for not offering minister post to him, has offered his support again.

Two independent MLAs had retracted their support to the coalition government even before the celebration of Sankranti festival got over and created a scare of 'Operation Kamala'. However, now Nagesh has approached Siddaramaiah and gave the letter reconfirming his support to the coalition government of Congress and JD (S).

It is said that Nagesh held a discussion with Siddaramaiah before submitting the letter confirming his support to the coalition government.

Both the MLAs had said while retracting the support that "We have suffered a lot under the coalition government. Even for minor works related to our constituencies, we had to run from pillar to post. The development of our constituency is important for us. We were not respected in the coalition government. So we are taking back our support, offered to the coalition government."

The strength of the coalition government had slid to 118 due to the withdrawal of support of the independent MLAs. Now it is back to 119 again. However, the move of another independent MLA R Shankar is creating curiosity in the political circles of the state. It is not clear whether he will support the coalition government again or not.

Contesting elections on Independent seat is really unfortunate privilege. Only the voter become a fool. Keep watching, how many times he will change the sides in the remaining term of this Govt.

As BSY's game failed again and again, slowly fair weather birds started coming back to assure support!
Desperate BSY's toppling game happening again and again, ever since not able to form Govt despite Governor called him first.
In similar matter, lets see Goa, Manipur, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh though INC have more number of MLA's, BJP with less MLA's was called first to form Govt by Governor, they immediately roped in other party MLA's and formed Govt,
Point to note, till date, no toppling game there!
It gives citizens all reasons to realize , which party is desperate and having massive corrupt money to play the toppling games!

Actually Yes, Yeddy fell at 104, tantalizingly short by 7 numbers for the 113 mark.
Every man is greedy at getting power & this lust is dangerous. However the Nataka in K'Nataka is that a man with 37 MLAs is calling shots

Why are you blaming others? Yeddy became CM (everybody gave him chance) but he could not prove his majority and resigned. From that day onwards he is trying and trying but he is not succeeded. If he is really wants to serve the people or if he is interested in well being of the people then would have not done this.
