These types of events enlighten us. Students must have the right kind of attitude in their lives,” said Shukla in his inaugural speech.

Dr (Sr) Marie Prem D’Souza AC, principal, St Agnes College, Sr M Supriya, staff co-ordinator, and Sr Mariakripa, local manager of the event, were on the dais. Vathika Kamath, student co-ordinator, compered the event. Aurelia, student of final BBM, introduced the guests.
Four departments of the college are holding their respective events—‘Comquest’ (commerce), ‘Horizon’ (business management), ‘Rhythm Agnesia’ (arts), and ‘Epistimi’ (science).
The various competitions will aim at testing and enhancing the organizing abilities, creativity, and team spirit of students and encapsulate their expertise while helping them move beyond the confines of academics.
Colleges across the country are taking part in this festival. About 28 competitions in four categories are being held as part of this festival over two days.
The valedictory function will be held on Saturday February 7, at 4:30 pm on the college grounds wherein the principal of the college will honour the winners.
