Dubai, Feb 7: Fun-filled and joyous family day out of Ferrarites-UAE was held at Zabeel Park here on Friday February 6.

The day began with president Vincent Pereira welcoming the gathering. Indian style breakfast was served to get the people ready for day-long fun that was planned by the committee to keep the crowd at high energy levels.

It was children's turn to start the games, followed by everyone present. To make the event more fun-filled and challenging, the gathering was divided into four groups.

Traditional games like breaking the coconut, tug-of-war, gunny-sack racing, kabaddi and breaking the pot were conducted. The crowd enjoyed these games to a great extent as these games took them down the memory lane to their schooling days. Many of them remembered names like Charlie Master, Nelly teacher, Letti teacher, Lalitha teacher and so on...

Many spot games which were conducted kept everyone very busy and thrilled. Talented children and adults showcased their talents and were greatly admired by everyone.

A Mangalorean lunch was served by Al Shay Restaurant. Lancy D'Souza kept the gathering entertained with his lively music.

President thanked Lancy Madtha, MD of Integrated Freight and Logistics LLC for being a strong pillar of support to Ferarites, and for sponsoring the day out. Later he thanked Joseph Mathias for his efforts and contribution.  Lilly thanked everyone on behalf of Ferarites UAE.

Just like every good thing comes to an end, the family day out of the Ferrarites UAE too came to an end with everyone asking the question "When's the next family day out?'
