Mumbai, Jul 16: The Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis inaugurated an innovative platform on Monday, which allows himself and the public to review projects and schemes undertaken by the state government. The CM inaugurated a 'digital dashboard' https://cmdashboard.maharashtra.gov.in/ which allows citizens to get department-wise information on projects that the state government has undertaken and also their progress on real time basis, by visiting the website.
As per the officials related to the project, there are some features that can be accessed only by the chief minister and not by the citizens. As of now there are details of 20 departments and nearly 37 schemes undertaken by these departments that can be accessed on the dashboard and more projects are in the process of being added, the official added.
The digital dashboard is linked with the government and chief ministers social media accounts and similar dashboards have been developed and implemented by states, such as Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and Uttarakhand, said officials related to the project.
