Mysuru: Injured in machete attack, MLA Tanveer Sait discharged from hospital

Mysuru, Nov 26: MLA Tanveer Sait, who had suffered serious injuries after he was attacked with a machete by a youth when participating in a private function, was discharged from a hospital in the city on Monday November 25 night. Sait thereafter directly proceeded to his Bengaluru residence.

Sait had been shifted to the ward four days back. As his health condition showed considerable improvement, he was discharged from the hospital, and he went to his house at Bengaluru, the doctors at the hospital stated.

After a youth attacked him all of a sudden on November 17, Tanveer Sait had suffered serious injuries. He was being treated in the intensive care unit of Columbia Asia Hospital here. On Thursday November 21, he was shifted to the ward as his condition had improved. Now he has been discharged.

His fans who met him on Monday morning, were told by the MLA that he will soon visit his constituency as he was feeling better.
