Mangalore: No fresh H1N1 Cases in Coast

Mangalore, Sep 5: Giving a clear signal that swine flu is waning and the threat of it acquiring the proportions of an endemic in the region is subsiding, no fresh cases of swine flu were reported from the twin-districts on Friday September 4. The sole person, who got admitted into Manipal Hospital with swine flu symptoms on September 3, has tested negative.

As on day, no confirmed swine flu cases exist in the two districts, as all those who tested positive for H1N1 infection have been treated and discharged already.
