Mangaluru, Mar 1: It is said that the police are planning to subject Adithya Rao, who is accused of planting an improved explosive device at the local airport here, to narco analysis test.

The police say that in spite of sustained questioning, Adithya did not provide proper information on certain aspects. The investigation team has filed application towards this end in the court here. If the court accepts, Rao will be subjected to this test at the forensic science laboratory at Bengaluru, sources said.

It may be called he had allegedly planted an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) at the airport on January 20 earlier this year, triggering panic. He later made a hoax call to the airport terminal that a bomb had been planted in an IndiGo flight.
