    Difficult to understand isolation process.

Ideally there should be an infectious disease hospital in every district and isolation rooms are present (not wards). Such hospitals exist in many parts of India and are situated outside the city ,a buffer zone seperating it from the populated areas. It is time we have one such in Mangalore.

With ICMR saying the rapid tests are probably faulty and should be stopped for the next few days, and government saying that in 80%of positive people there were minimal or no symptoms, I wonder why there was a lockdown in the first place.
