April 9: Daiji Dubai Presents Stan Ageira's Konkani Play

Dubai, Feb 7: As part of magnificent celebration of the 11th anniversary of Daiji Dubai, the renowned Forum of Konkani Writers in the UAE, a full length comical stage play written by popular Stan Ageira and directed by talented Pradeep Barboza, Kasale Grachchar Saiba will be staged at Emirates Auditorium, Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Exit 41 on Friday April 9.

The play is organized by Daiji Rang Mandir, a centre of performing arts and an extension of Daiji Dubai. The ‘Daiji anniversary’ which always been a high profile and professionally managed entertainment programme is considered one of the prestigious Konkani events in the UAE and is being patronized by a large audience, every year.

 


Daiji Puroskar

During the event, the prestigious ‘Daiji Puroskar’ is awarded to a Konkani personality and during the year, senior Konkani writer and activist Lancy Pinto Nayak will receive the award.

Glad to note that finally our best friend and great konkani writer/activist receiving Daiji Puroskar Award which he richly deserves. I am extremely happy to see people who are very very dear to me on one stage.What a Cast man....Fantastic re....
