Kasargod, Feb 16: The funeral of Mangalore Kazi Al Haj C M Abdulla Musliyar was held in Chembarikka Jumma Masjid here on Tuesday February 16 at 10 am with worshipful prayers and rituals led by religious leaders of the community.  

The rituals of funeral held under the leadership of Samasta secretary Cherusseri Zainuddin Musliyar. A number of religious leaders from all over the district participated in the rituals along with his family members.

 



















 


Several community members and well wishers were part of the funeral procession that began from his residence to culminate at Jumma masjid. Politicians including MLAs Sethukumaran, C H Kunhambu, Muslim League leader Cherkalam Abdulla, N A Mohammad and C T Ahmedali among others were present.  

The sources from the deceased’s family informed the media that the situation was not apt to make any comments on Musliyar’s death and added that the available information will be disclosed soon.
