Udupi, Oct 20: An unfortunate accident occured near Naganabettu Gundibailu on Tuesday October 20, where an auto-rickshaw collided with a parked car and the driver lost his life.
Sunil (44), the deceased, lost his control while driving and hit the car that was parked beside the road.
Two passengers who were travelling in the auto sustained minor injuries.
The auto driver died on the way while he was being taken to the hospital.
Sunil hailed from Mudabettu and yielded to severe head injuries caused in the accident, it is said.
