Udupi, Jan 9: We have stepped into the New Year after Christmas. But, a Christmas crib here has become a centre of attraction. The crib can be seen at Near Kunjarugiri, Subhash Nagar, Katpadi here. It is on a deck in front of a shop belonging to Vishu Kumar.

Earlier, the place was full of waste material strewn around. Drunkards used to sleep there. Vishu Kumar who saw it, has been preparing the crib since the last four years and keeps it for public display.

The crib strengthens communal harmony besides recollecting the birth of Jesus Christ. The crib prepared by Vishu Kumar and his friends, will be on display during the entire month of January.

Parents bring their children showing the manger where Jesus was born, agricultural fields, the water flowing from the hills along with electric effects.

Large sized statues of baby Jesus, mother Mary and Joseph look attractive. The crib is being appreciated by many people. Vishu Kumar and his friends took one and a half months to set the beautiful crib.

Vishu Kumar is a living example for universal brotherhood, secularism and communal harmony. I salute this great human being.
I wish Indian politicians take a lesson from this which I know can never happen.

    Congratulations my dear friend
For educated people all religion is same like colour of every human being is red.
Only uneducated people create problems about religion
If we Google about Jesus we can find him in hindu holy scriptures Vedas.
It is clearly mentioned about birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus.
All people dead and gone.they will never come back
Only jesus will come back to judge the living and dead.
