Kavale Mutt Seer to Commence Chaturmas Vrata from Jul 25

Mumbai, Jul 22:  Srimad Shivanand Saraswati Swamiji - Kavale Mutt arrived at Mutt’s Walkeshwar branch to observe Chaturmas Vrata 2010 on Tuesday July 20.

Chaturmas Vrata will commence on Gurupoornima Day on Sunday July 25 and will conclude on November 21. On the day of Gurupornima Vyasa Puja will take place followed by stage programme.

The four-month long vrata will include various spiritual, social and cultural activities.  Shravan Somwar Pradosh Puja will be held every Monday from August 16, the fourth Shravan Somwar. 

In the presence of swamiji Ganeshotsav and Navratri Utsav will also be celebrated.
