May his soul rest in peace. Very very sad to see a young life being taken away from their parents and family members. There have been several cases of drownings and getting washed away in rivers and seas yet the young take it as an adventure. Never go near fire, water and electricity as these three will take life of anyone. Children and youth should be advised in schools and colleges about the dangers of losing life in they come near fire, water and electricity.
