Yeddyurappa Visits China’s Agricultural Market, Water Cube

Bangalore, Sep 15: Chief minister B S Yeddyurappa, who is leading a high-level official delegation to China, visited various infrastructure facilities including the agriculture market at Tianjin and Beijing on Wednesday September 15.
The chief minister is accompanied by state large and medium Industry minister Murugesh R Nirani, chief secretary S V Ranganath and Dr K V Raju, economic advisor to the chief minister, and other delegates.
According to an official press release issued by the chief minister’s office in Bangalore, the Yeddyurappa-led delegation studied the scientific management, modern operations, micro control etc in the agriculture market at Shunxin Shimen.
The delegation also visited cold storage facilities, fruits and vegetables market, grain market etc at the Shunxin Shimen agriculture market.
The market is making contributions to the effective implementation of distribution, price, standard and logistics for excellent agricultural products in Beijing, the press release said.
The delegation also visited the water cube (aquatic park) built for the 2008 Olympic Games and studied the infrastructure facilities created in the park.
