When then ,in full.First of all what is the reason of accident. Was the driver drunk or driven for long time?Findout the reason.Simply demanding from right to left and bottom to up.is not fulfill .Be reasonable .Driver must be knowing there is a toll gate in front and make it slow before you reach there.Whether driver had any cardiac arrest?May the soul of the Mesta rest in peace.Heartfelt sympathy to the family.

It is extortion, plain and simple. Spoils will be distributed. Law is clear about accident compensation. If due process is followed, compensation wil come. As far as the employee death is concerned, since this is a known risk to a toll gate employee, there must be clear compensation rules in the company rule book. Of course, the current day MBAs would have watered it down to the bare minimum.
