What is there to surprise or to celebrate by the road users. Only happy lot are political leaders and their chelas and chamchas. All that is done is collect tax.....tax.....tax..... collect one time life tax on purchase of vehicles and then collect toll on highways again. This is the great achievement and by God's grace now only Air we breathe is left out for taxation. Soon there will be breathing tax .....and farting tax for air pollution. Mera Bharat Mahan.....Jai ho.
