Gail and corporation people are hand in glove. GAIL is digging the sides of roads without bothering to see if there are utilities underneath. Recently they kept their pipes in nanthoor at the side of the highway. Suddenly one morning vivekananda 1st cross was blocked with pipes thereby denying vehicular access to the residents in that road. In surathkal area they have made pits at several areas and left them open. Haphazard planning by these contractors. These meetings with the corporators is just a farce. They will again continue their nusiance because the people of mangalore will notice only when their front door is dug up..

Sir, good that you have given caution to GAIL. But at the same time appoint some responsible persons to monitor the work daily and maintain the work in progress and also get the citizens complaint daily and brought to the notice of GAIL authorities.
