Mangaluru, Feb 16: Days after Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal displayed a banner opposing business by people of other communities during Nemotsava in Ullalbail, the SDPI on Wednesday February 16 put up a banner welcoming the move of Ullal Dargah committee to allow people from all communities to do business during the upcoming Ullal Uroos.

Recently, VHP and Bajrang Dal had displayed a banner that read, "The business that you give during Nemotsava should not go to a community that spoils divinity and insult gods. Let it go to the people who worship the gods of this land. Only businessmen who worship the gods of this land will be allowed to carry out business here."

The banner displayed by the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) read, 'Ullala Uroos Mubarak' and stated "Heartly congratulations to Ullal Dargah committee for allowing everyone to do business during Ullal Uroos irrespective of their caste, religion, and community."
