Few years ago it used to be only men in this ceremony. Now a days I see they include ladies too. One thing I observed about this community is they keep up with the change in society and accordingly bring adjustments in their practice. And in doing so they may not necessarily stick to what is written in their rule books. Few centuries back they have violence in their history but now these people are the least or zero violent . They are not repeating mistakes from the history. They contribute to peace and harmony wherever they live.
