Senseless construction with no respect for safety standards are the root causes for these accidents. Sometimes these fires are man made to give a wake up call to insurance companies.

I think that Government must give instruction to all insurance company that "IF THERE IS ANY FIRE DUE TO SHORT CIRCUIT " no claims will be given. (INSURENCEWIL NOT COVER FOR SHORT CIRCUIT) WILL Automatically this type of incidence will stop. This has become a fashion through out our country to claim insurance when they are under loss.
