Mangaluru, May 22: The exclusive new commercial project of Land Trades Builders & Developers ‘Anantessh’ situated on Car Street was inaugurated on Sunday, May 22.
MLA of Mangaluru South constituency D Vedavyas Kamath inaugurated the new commercial project ‘Anantessh.’
Speaking on the occasion, MLA D Vedavyas Kamath said, "Shrinath Hebbar, the proprietor of Land Trades has come up with a new commercial project on Car Street. Car Street is a place where several temples of different deities are situated. There is a vast scope for the development. In the past 29 years, Shrinath Hebbar has given several apartments and commercial complexes to the city. With his various projects, Shrinath Hebbar has contributed to materialise the dream of the public to own a house. Without compromising on the quality, as per Vastu, this building is constructed. Land Trades Builders & Developers have provided residences to over 3000 people in the past 40 years in the city, which is really a matter of pride. This project will help in the economic growth of the city."
He also said that the city corporation and Mangaluru Urban Development Authority have executed several projects for the development of the city.
The MLA also informed that various development works including widening of the road, construction of multi-level car parking and other projects have been taken up in the city with importance on increasing the green cover of the city. The picture of Mangaluru will completely change by 2024, he added.
Mayor Premananda Shetty said, "Several corporators at present and even in the past have contributed to the development of the city with a foresightedness. Mangaluru city is unique compared to other cities in the state. The builders have constructed high quality buildings in the city."
He also said that as the city is developing, in various places, MCC is giving importance to developmental works including widening of roads. Commercial project 'Anantessh' will also be helpful in boosting the economic growth of the city.
MLC Manjunath Bhandary, MUDA chairman Ravishankar Mijar, CEO of Hosadiganth P S Prakash also spoke on the occasion. All the dignitaries were honored.
