Mangaluru: Milagres College organises Nightmares Kitchen - Halloween theme dinner

Mangaluru, Jul 22: The department of Hospitality Science of Milagres College, Mangaluru organised Nightmares Kitchen a Halloween theme dinner on July 14.
Aarthi Rodrigues, director of Summer Sands Beach Resort was chief guest for the event. She in her message appreciated the efforts of the students for organizing the event in a unique and creative manner according to the theme. She congratulated the college for its efforts.

Fr Bonaventure Nazareth, correspondent of Milagres Educational Institutions presided over the function. He encouraged the students for taking responsibility in organizing such an event which is also giving them hands on experience and exposure to their field.

Fr Michael Santhumayor principal and campus director welcomed the gathering. Fr Joseph Uday Fernandes, CBSE principal, Fr Ivan D’souza, assistant parish priest, Fr Kenneth Crasta, principal of St Joseph ITI college were present on the occasion.

The programme was inaugurated in a symbolic way by the dignitaries. Six course menu was the attraction of the theme dinner. Cultural programme based on Halloween theme was presented by the students. A crowd of 350 took part in this6-course delicacy. All the guests who had taken part in this event enjoyed the hospitality, food and entertainment.

Akhil E T, HOD of Hospitality Science coordinated the event and proposed the vote of thanks. Harshith Kushalppa of II BHS coordinated the programme. Karen D’souza and Reshal Santhis compered the programme.
