Statistics reveal that nearly ten million young students, both men and women, come out of the Colleges and Universities in India with a Degree each year. These Degrees represent the hard work and determination of the students as well as the Academia who struggle so long to achieve the desired disciplines in every student.

Finding suitable jobs for ten million graduates each year is certainly an uphill task that the Government will find very difficult to sustain.

Students of India are bright and brilliant. They all need an assurance of a suitable career opportunity to achieve their future dreams. The Government as well as the Educational Institutions should therefore find ways and means to mould the graduating students to become engaged in any kind of gainful employment opportunity. If possible, the Govt should come up with motivating young men and women to start their own small businesses thru any kind of cottage industries and subsidies in order to utilize their knowledge and initiatives into a pruductive career opportunity.

Times are tough everywhere in the world. The "Dignity of Labour" should therefore play an important role in every student in order to accept future challenges of life and be gainfully employed in whichever pathway of progress in life.
