Bengaluru, Aug 10: JD(S) leader and former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy lashed out at Higher Education Minister Dr C N Ashwath Narayan for making ‘’irrelevant’’ comments against the former’s demand for convening the State Legislature session to discuss burning issues such as the devastation caused by floods due to heavy rains and the failure of law and order situation, especially in the backdrop of 3 murders in ten days in the coastal region.

Criticising the minister for terming him as “bogus certificate kind alias bogus certificate hero,’’ Kumaraswamy wondered what was the minister’s problem if the session was held. “Is he afraid that his misdeeds will be exposed in the house?’’ he asked.

The JD(S) leader claimed that he has sufficient documents to expose Dr Narayan and said that they would be “more than three chapters of higher education.’’

He asserted that he has every right to demand the convening of legislature session to discuss the problems of the people. The revision of textbooks, the creation of bogus certificates of nurses, spending of huge sums of money for the "operation kamala’’ and various other murky deeds of the present BJP government need to be discussed.

The former chief minister dubbed the Higher Education Minister as "deal Narayana" for his murky deeds in PSI recruitment scam, recruitment of assistant professors and other scandals.
