Recipes - Crunchy Salad

Ingredients:
½ cup halloumi cheese, cut in cubes
¼ cup green olives
1 each red and yellow capsicums, cut in cubes
1 small iceberg cut in cubes
Lemon juice, coarsely ground fresh pepper, salt and olive oil to taste
Method:
In a large serving bowl, combine cheese, olives, capsicum, iceberg, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil. Toss well to mix and serve.
