Recipes - Rava Uttappa

Ingredients:
½ cup urad dal
1 cup bombay rava
1 medium onion chopped
3-4 green chillies chopped
2 tbsp. coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Soak urad dal for 1 hour, grind into a paste, mix the rava to the urad dal mixture, add enough water and salt, keep it overnight. Next day add chopped onion, green chillies, and coriander leaves to the batter. In a medium size pan apply ghee, pour this mixture and fry the dosa's both the sides. Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
