Recipes - Coffee Pudding

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp coffee powder
2 tsp gelatine
Optional:
1/2cup cream
2 tbsp chopped nuts
Method:
Dissolve coffee in one cup of hot water. Allow it to cool. Beat egg yolks with sugar and add to the
coffee. Cook this on low heat (you may use double boiler) till thick. Dissolve gelatine in 1/4cup of hot water and add to egg mixture. Cool this mixture. Beat egg whites till frothy. Fold this gently into the above mixture. Put into a mould with a hole in the centre and set it in the refrigerator overnight . Remove from the mould and serve with cream and nuts.
