Recipes - Sausage and Mushroom Omelette

Ingredients:

4 Mushrooms
2 Sausages
2 Eggs
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. pepper powder
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt as per taste

Method:

Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Grill or fry the sausages and mushrooms for 5 minutes or until done.  Cut them into small pieces. Heat a non stick pan with olive oil.  Transfer mushrooms and sausage pieces into the pan and spread them evenly. Pour the egg mixture over them. Cover the pan and cook on medium heat until done.
