Recipes - Coconut Burfi

Ingredients:

3 Cups grated coconut
3 Cups sugar
3 Tbsp. ghee
½ Cup water
3 Cardamoms
15 Cashew nuts


Method:

Grind coconut gratings & cashew nuts coarsely without adding water. Mix sugar with ½ cup of water & heat till syrup can be drawn in strands. Add coconut mixture in syrup & stir till it thickens. Add 2 tbsp. of ghee, mix it well and set aside. Grease a plate with 1 tbsp. ghee and spread the coconut mixture evenly. Let it cool in open. Later cut it into desired shapes and serve.

    hai friend,this is really easy.i & my hubby was planningto prepare some home made sweet for deewali.so i shall surely try this recepie.it looks interesting.hoping the taste will be same too.congrats.
