Recipes - Watermelon Dosa
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup rava (semolina)
1 cup yogurt
¾ cup inner rind of the watermelon
¼ cup fleshy center of the watermelon
½ cup water
Oil/ ghee
Salt as per taste
Topping : Freshly crushed pepper/chilly powder/chopped curry leaves/ chopped green chillies (optional)
Method:
Grind semolina along with yogurt and watermelon adding water into a smooth paste. Add salt as per taste. Heat a non stick pan, grease it with oil or ghee. Pour a big spoonful of batter in the center of the pan. Cover and cook on medium fire for a minute or two . Sprinkle oil on the top of the dosa and topping of your choice (optional). Over turn the dosa and fry for ½ a minute. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
