Recipes - Pasta in Red Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup pasta
4 tomatoes 
1 capsicum ( finely chopped)
1 small carrot (cut lengthwise)
3-4 beans ( cut lengthwise)
4 flakes garlic
1 medium onion ( finely chopped)
1 tsp. oregano
¼ cup fresh cream
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. of olive oil
2 tbsp. tomato ketchup
½ tsp. chillie flakes
½ tsp. pepper powder.
2 tbsp. grated cheese 
Salt as per taste

Method:

Cook pasta in boiling water adding salt and little oil until soft. Drain and set aside.  Blanch the tomatoes and peel and chop them fine.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry garlic, onion until soft. Add capsicum, carrot and beans.  Now add chopped tomatoes and fry until soft. Add salt,  tomato ketchup, oregano, chilie flakes, pepper powder and sugar. Stir in the cream.  Add cooked pasta and serve hot , garnished with cream and cheese.
