INGREDIENTS:
1. Mutton - 1 ½ Kg
2. Red Chillie Powder - 1 Tsp
3. Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp
4. Cummin Powder - 2 Tsp
5. Pepper Powder - 1 ½ Tsp
6. Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp
7. Cinammon 2 Sticks
8. Cloves 8
9. Khus Khus - ½ Tsp
10. Tamarind a small ball
11. Onion Sliced - 6
12. Garlic - 4 Petals
13. Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch
14. Mint Leaves a little
15. Green Chillies - 10 Nos
16. Ginger - 1 ½ inch
METHOD:
Fry 5 onions in very little oil on the tawa until brown in colour and then add all the powders and fry well till the aroma comes. Grind all these with the rest ingredients. Heat 2 Tablespoon ghee in a vessel and fry one sliced onion to reddish colour. Add the masala and fry well till the ghee floats on top. Add mutton and cook till the meat is tender.
