Ingredients:
½ ltr. milk
¾ cup crumbled paneer
4-5 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cardamom powder
1-2 tbsp. mixed nuts (chopped)
2-3 pistachios (sliced)
1-2 strands of saffron (optional)
Method:
Boil milk on slow flame for about 10 mts. Soak saffron strands in 3-4 tbsp. of warm milk for 10 mts.
Add crumbled paneer to the boiling milk and leave on slow flame until milk thickens. Add sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Add nuts, saffron strands soaked in warm milk and simmer for 2 mts. Garnish with sliced pistachios and set it in the refrigerator until chilled.
