Udupi, Oct 19: Udupi Patrika Bhavan committee that came into existence under district working journalists association elected Udupi reporter of Vijaya Karnataka daily newspaper,
Ajith Aradi as its convener unopposed. The elections were held in the meeting presided over by the association president Rajesh Shetty. Digvijay News Udupi video journalist Ankith Shetty was elected as the co convener. Chief secretary Nazir Pollya was elected co convener Ex officio.
President of the association Rajesh Shetty Alevoor, ex officio first member, treasurer Umesh Marpalli, ex officio second member, Avin Shetty, Dinesh Kashipatna, Justin D’ Silva, Dinesh M H, Jeevan R Shetty, Janardhan Kodavoor, Ganesh Kallianpur and Parikshith Shet were elected.
Association chief secretary Nazir Polya, treasurer Umesh Marpalli, state committee member Kiran Manjanabail were present.
