Mangaluru, Oct 21: Dr Kumar, CEO of zilla panchayat opined that the love for the educational field and the contribution of literary saint Harekala Hajabba is unparalleled.
Dr Kumar spoke after handing over a cheque for Rs five lac donated by R V educational institute of Bengaluru on Thursday at the Mini auditorium of zilla panchayat in the city.
Dr Kumar also appreciated the gesture of R V education institutions in donating Rs five lac towards the realization of constructing a PU college, which is the dream of Hajabba.
Hajabba, Dr Santhosh of R V Educational institutions, Finance manager Sridhar, deputy director of public education Sudhakar, education officer of Mangaluru south block Eshwar, coordinator Dr Prashanth Kumar and teachers of Harekala government school were present.
Hajabba was felicitated and honoured during the programme.
