Bengaluru, Dec 3: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai will inaugurate the largest 'Future Design Summit' in Bengaluru from December 8 to 10.
Announcing details of the summit, Higher Education Minister Dr C N Ashwath Narayan on Saturday said the three-day-long summit which will be at hotel Lalith Ashok with 3 parallel tracks, 300+ speakers and over 3000 delegates from across the globe.
The Summit is scheduled in the backdrop of the world’s largest Design festival, 'Bengaluru Design Festival', which began November 11 and go on till December 12.
The massive event is being held with the support of the Government of Karnataka in association with ISDC-International Skill Development Corporation, World Design Council, Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Association of Designers for India (ADI), Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID), JAIN School of Design etc.
Dr Ashwath Narayan, Minister for IT/BT and Skill Development, who would be a part of opening ceremony said on Saturday "Both technology and design are intertwined driven by meeting human needs and solving problems."
The summit is planned around the Future design trends, Interior Design & Architectural sessions on AVGC & META which includes discussions on gaming, animation and visual effects.
