In US, there are fantastic infrastructure, poolproof plan in distress, but still the recent tornadoes and floods killed hundreds and destroyed the dozens of towns to the ground. When you play with the nature, the nature plays with you. Moral of the story is don't blame everything on the Government and sit back.

at this point of time , we cannot blame the central or the state , ruling or opposition .
all these issues arise when there is no proper planning in the initial stages of infrastructure planning.
the best way to overcome this situation is to keep a very tight watch on the problems that occur during the mansoon . and as soon as the season ends , rectify the issue .

for now , sit back , relax , grab a hot cup of masala chai and enjoy the rains .
    Cheers :)

Represented depts want to take quick work during rainy season. So many place road is equal to river or pond, travelers can't find it, it creates accidents to death. Especialy we want to care our self and to care our brothers and sisters who are small. Government must open their eyes 24hrs.
