Ramesh was riding the bike, and came to Suratkal to drop Manjesh, who was to catch the bus to Bangalore. A friend of Manjesh told daijiworld that Manjesh was leaving for Bangalore to see a girl for marriage proposal. Since he did not get the ticket for the night bus, he decided to leave by the evening one.

The accident occured at around 4.30pm on the Bajpe - Surathkal road here. People have always complained about speeding heavy vehicles and also erratic parking on this stretch of road.

A case has been registered at Suratkal police station.

Recently Suratkal-Bajpe road relaid, at that time they removed few speed breakers on the road, especially just infront of the BASF, where vehicle is speeding more than 100kmph. So please try to make sore speed breakers on the road, and it is needed from KANA to MRPL Main gate.

Loss to the parents and society and benefit to the authority. Case is registered, deal is done, culprit is out, fault by the dead as nothing can be claimed from them. The driver again back to swing the death trap again. Is there any instance that a faulty driver has been sentenced or the m.d.l. is being cancelled? Hell, why should they care about others?
